Reservations are available in each of our ten authentic log cabins 365 days a year. Each has a unique character and décor all its own. Guests enjoy the privacy of their own forest getaway, with all the conveniences of the Lodge and restaurant.
Each cabin has it's own private bathroom except for cabin Leopold which has two bathrooms. Because of limited staff in our
remote location, daily maid service is not available, but any special requests or needs are cheerfully accommodated. Seven Lodge Rooms are also available at the property.

We also rent out the ENTIRE LODGE to large groups!

Prices to rent the whole lodge:
Summer: (May through October)$650.00 per night (includes tax, all food provided by the lodge is extra).
Winter: (Nov- Apr) $515 per night, includes tax, all food provided by the lodge is extra (except Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays – they are at the summer rate).
All food provided by the lodge is extra. We can also cook for large groups.
To rent all cabins:
Summer: $1300 per night (includes tax and deduction for renting duplexes together.)
Winter: $1100 per night (includes tax and deduction for renting duplexes together – except Christmas and Thanksgiving holidays – they are at the summer rate.) All rates listed are for an occupancy of 6. There is a $10 per person charge for additional guest up to the cabin maximum occupancy.
Josh: Named for former owners of Hannagan Meadow Lodge during the 1960's. Bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom; common room with queen sofa bed & two twin beds. Full kitchen, microwave and fireplace and propane heating. Large wraparound front/side deck porch.

Leopold: Named for a Hannagan-area conservationist and author. One bedroom with 2 queen beds and private bathroom. Common area has a queen sofa / bed and a twin rollaway with an additional bathroom. Full kitchen, microwave & fireplace.

Lilly: Named for a famous Arizona White Mountains-area hunter. Two separate bedrooms, Queen in each, bathroom connected to both bedrooms; common room with queen sofa bed & two twin beds. Full kitchen, microwave, fireplace, and propane heat.

McCafferty: - Named for former owners of Hannagan Meadow Lodge from 1944-1969. This large cabin has a full kitchen with two bathrooms and wood burning stove and will accommodate 12. A new roof was put on the cabin in 2010. This cabin is ideal for two families/ groups. The bathrooms are on separate side of the cabin. The south side of the cabin has a queen sofa /bed with and full bed in the common area. There is also a twin rollaway for this room. The north side has a private bedroom with queen size bed. The common area has a queen sofa/bed, full size bed and twin rollaway. There is an interior door were the cabin may be separated with separate outside doors.

McNeill: - Named for former owner of Hannagan Meadow Lodge who built the original store/service station in the 1930’s. This large cabin has a full kitchen with two bathrooms and wood burning stove and will accommodate 10. This cabin is ideal for two families/groups. The kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled in 2009. A new roof was put on the cabin in 2010. The south side of the cabin has a private bedroom with full size bed, with a twin rollaway in the common area. The north side has a queen sofa/bed, full size bed and twin rollaway in the common area.

NOTE: Rates are subject to change without notice. Higher summer rates apply during Thanksgiving weekend
(Weds-Sun) and during Christmas week (Dec. 24-Jan. 2). Cabins require a two night minimum for weekends and holidays only - not during the week. If a you would like to reserve a cabin for one night (during the week) please call the lodge to make arrangements. 2 pet limit per cabin. Sorry, pets are not allowed during winter months.
